Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering & National Delivery
Q. How quickly can you deliver trophies for a presentation night?
A. Our standard lead time is 5–10 working days, which allows for precision engraving and quality checks. However, we understand that presentation dates can be tight. If you need your order in under a week, we offer a Priority Workshop Service (10% surcharge). Please call us on 01653 691535 to confirm our current capacity before placing a rush order.
Q. Do you ship to the whole of the UK?
A. Yes. We are a national supplier shipping daily to every corner of the UK, from the Scottish Highlands to the South Coast. We use tracked couriers to ensure your awards arrive safely. Delivery is FREE on all orders over £100.
Engraving & Technical Specifications
Q. What is the difference between Sandblasting and Laser Engraving?
A. For our glass and crystal awards, we use traditional sandblasting. Unlike standard laser etching, which can be shallow, sandblasting deep-carves the design into the material. This creates a permanent, high-contrast frosted finish that looks more prestigious and will never fade or peel.
Q. How much text can I fit on a standard trophy plate?
A. Most trophies use a 50mm x 16mm plate. For maximum legibility, we recommend up to 3 lines with 20 characters per line. We provide the first 40 characters of engraving for free on all standard trophy plates.
Q. Can you engrave my club or company logo?
A. Yes, we can engrave custom logos onto most glass, crystal, and silver awards. Please email your artwork (ideally in a high-resolution vector format) to [email protected]
Discounts & Club Services
Q. Do you offer discounts for large league presentations?
A. Yes. We provide significant tiered discounts for bulk orders, starting from 10% for orders over £301 and reaching up to 25% for orders over £2,500. These discounts are applied automatically in your shopping basket.
Q. Can I collect my order in person?
A. Certainly. If you are based locally, you can choose Free Click & Collect at checkout. Orders can be picked up from our Norton workshop (The Trophy & Print Shop) or our York branch (Cameo Engraving) once they have passed quality control.
