Most orders are processed and dispatched much sooner, but we recommend allowing up to 14 days for delivery from the receipt of payment. This allows for meticulous engraving and quality checks during our peak season (March–June).
If you have a presentation date approaching quickly, please let us know when ordering. For urgent requirements (one week or less), we offer a Rush Order service with a 10% surcharge. Please call us on 01653 691535 before placing a rush order to confirm workshop availability.
All orders are dispatched from our central workshop in Norton, North Yorkshire, using UK couriers to ensure your awards arrive safely and on time.
